ASGENT and ESTec in Joint Development and Sales

ESTec Systems signing a joint development and sales agreement with Asgent Inc. of Tokyo, Japan to assist Asgent's Japanese customers with computer security software. The agreement covers the joint development, promotion and sale of the product to the world market.

Asgent will have the exclusive right to sell the English language version of the documentation in Japan and the Japanese version world wide.

Asgent Inc. is a distributor of enterprise software to the Japanese market with a total of forty employees. The company specialises in security software sales and distribution throughout Japan.
