ESTec Signs development agreement with Michetti Information Solutions Inc.

ESTec Systems Corp. announces the signing of a software development agreement with Edmonton-based Michetti Information Solutions Inc. The company has agreed to provide personnel to help ESTec develop an information security software package with ESTec's Japanese joint venture partner, Asgent Inc.

While the terms of this agreement are set to specifically meet ESTec's near term goal for product delivery, it is fully expected to see the relationship progress into the product enhancement and maintenance stages as well. "This relationship could last for several years", said David Downey. "We are working with state of the art technology in the information security market and need the rapid application development skills and access to technical resources that Michetti Information Solutions Inc. can provide.
