ESTec announces the resignation of member of the board of directors

ESTec Systems Corp. is announcing it has received on November 10, 2003 the resignation of one of its board members.

Mr. David P. Downey has served as the Vice-President of ESTec Systems Corp. from 1994 to 2000 and as a director of the company from November 1998 till November 2003.

Mr. Downey feels that with the move into the oil industry his ability to provide a benefit to the company has diminished and the time has come for him to move on.

ESTec Systems would like to thank Mr. Downey for his efforts and regretfully accepts his resignation.
