ESTec announces the resignation of member of the board of directors

ESTec Systems Corp. is announcing it has received the resignation of one of its board members, as of December 01, 2003.

Mr. Willie W. Mounzer has served as a director of the company from February 2001 till December 2003.

Mr. Mounzer feels that he has not been able for some time now to spend the time he needs to on his directorship and thinks it best if ESTec finds someone who can commit time to the job.

ESTec Systems would like to thank Mr. Mounzer for his efforts and regretfully accepts his resignation.
