ESTec Systems Announces Changes to Board of Directors

ESTec has appointed Mr. Willie Mounzer to its Board of Directors. Mr. Mounzer is Vice-president, Operations for the Earl's chain of restaurants in Canada and the United States.

Mr. Mounzer brings experience in financial management and business development. At Earls' , he is responsible for sales, profits and corporate performance, and guided the company's growth from one restaurant to a chain across North America. Earls' is a leader in food service, preparation and delivery, and in profitability.

Mr. Mounzer replaces Mr. David Nelson of British Columbia, who is retiring.

ESTec extends its gratitude to Mr. Nelson for his years of service to the corporation and is delighted to welcome Mr. Mounzer, whose home is in Vancouver, British Columbia, to the Estec team.
