ESTec Hires New Auditors

ESTec reports a new firm of auditors to be used for all ESTec, ESTec Oilfield, and Allan R. Nelson Engineering business affairs.

As of July1, 2000, ESTec Systems Corporation and its subsidiary Allan R. Nelson Engineering will no longer use the auditing services of Grant Thornton company. From July 1, ESTec's auditors will be the firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers.
