Mrs. Nelson has a background in the banking industry and has been involved in financial management of the engineering business since the mid 1960's.

Allan R. Nelson P.Eng., Director

Allan founded the engineering company and has now passed on the day to day management to an engineering manager. He remains involved as an engineering consultant.

David Wright P.Eng., Independent Director

Mr. Wright comes to us with experience in the oil & gas sector. He is currently a consultant with the Osborne Group.

Barb Fraser, Independent Director

Ms. Fraser is a director of Seair Inc (SDS - TSXV) and is currently the president and a director of Chimera Capital Corp., and Alberta based consulting company.
